Ramada By Wyndham Spokane Valley

This small hotel offers a wide range of a nice size rooms. The staff are very friendly and highly courteous, managed the parking on site. The breakfast was nice hot, we greatly enjoyed a wide range of meals. The location is comfortable and excellent, specially if you want to stay close to restaurants and bistros: )

The best thing of note was that they were very gracious in letting me check in well before the posted check in time. I had an early flight in and they let me check in at about 9:30 in the morning.

The only negatives were that their breakfast shuts down too early. Most places I stay run until 10:00 vice 9:00. And when they were taking down the holiday decorations they heaped them right in front of the main entrance doors. Also, the pillows while plentiful were hard as a rock.

The Breakfast was good. The location was convenient.

The hallways were hot an stuffy. The place was a bit rundown on the outside. The carpets looked dirty in the public areas and needed to be steamcleaned.

Satisfied with the hotel, it's a decent base for staying in Spokane Valley. The best thing is location - just off bistro and Spokane and the store. A 5-minute walk will take you to Noodle Express, where you can eat. This property met the purpose, I would recomand.

This hotel needs updating, smells like smoke in the halls and bed spreds and carpets needs replacing....staff good and very helpful.

It was the best price compared to other medium priced hotels in the area.

We would have liked a refrigerator and microwave in our room.

The rooms were great! The breakfast was well fair, the eggs were cold. The t,v, service was lousy I spoke to the frot desk in the evening twice their comment was tthat was how it was it was the problem of the service cable.

Older, not very "fresh". Toilet was leaking and had the wrong sized seat on it.

The comfortable bed was good, while the friendly staff provided a warm welcome.

The hot tub was not hot. The bathroom door was broken. The a/c was not working and the fan was obnoxiously loud. There was not enough seating at breakfast. Booked.net said that there were refriderators in the rooms...that was not the case. This hotel should not be listed as a 3 star hotel.

Not a luxury facility, but comfortable, affordable and close to shopping with some good restaurants in area; on-site breakfast was good too. I stayed in separate building and my room was Ok, but there weren't enough handicap parking spaces. I returned late at night and had to part a distance from entry, which was kinda scary safety-wise...plus I believe one vehicle parked in handicap space wasn't handicap documented with license plate or tag. More handicap rooms, parking, (too costly to add an elevator, might bring more physically challenged to hotel) Otherwise, I would choose this affordable hotel again for lodging.

It's good to know that this Ramada offers aarp rates because many elders have limited incomes and who wants to pay over most of your holiday time to lodging! This Ramada is older, but still offers base comforts. I was glad to be able to get lower level lodging because all other handicap access rooms were filled.
